Blue Exorcist returns to Adult Swim's Toonami on November 2nd with the rebroadcast of the first season!
The series made its U.S. television premiere in 2014 with the English dub starring Bryce Papenbrook as Rin Okumura and Johnny Yong Bosch as Yukio Okumura.
The highly popular manga series by Kazue Kato began its serialization in 2009 in SHUEISHA’s monthly shonen manga magazine Jump Square and has over 25 million copies in print.
The Blue Exorcist anime project started off in 2011 as the TV anime seriesBlue Exorcist, followed byBlue Exorcist: The Movie, which was released in 2012. The TV series continued with the broadcast of the second cour,Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Sagain 2017, turning volumes 5 to 9 of the manga into anime.
In 2024, the series returned withBlue Exorcist -Shimane Illuminati Saga- in January and the-Beyond the Snow Saga-in October.
